Job Summary
Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance while assisting clients with daily living activities and companionship. Administer or assist with medications as directed and monitor clients' health conditions, reporting any changes to supervisors. Train, mentor, and support new caregivers to ensure consistent, safe, and professional care. Ensure care plans are followed accurately, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requires active CNA certification, valid driver's license, and flexibility to work throughout both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must drive
- Flexibility to work throughout both Baltimore City and Baltimore County
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to support clients and caregivers in the field
- English language proficiency
