Job Summary
Lead Caregiver role with guaranteed 30 hours/week, leadership responsibilities, mentoring and training for other caregivers, and travel within Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Appleton, and Sheboygan. Responsibilities include providing high-quality daily living and personal care, covering open shifts, supporting new clients, training and mentoring team members, coordinating with leadership on scheduling, and ensuring timely care across the service area. Strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability are essential to lead and grow within Home Helpers Home Care.
