Job Summary
Lead Care Professional at Home Instead providing personalised, relationship-led in-home care to support older adults to remain independent and connected. You’ll perform companionship, personal care (washing, dressing, bathing), meal preparation, medication prompts, light household tasks, shopping, and appointment attendance. Role requires care experience, a full UK driving licence with access to reliable transport, and strong communication and judgment. Training is provided through a dedicated Training Centre of Excellence with ongoing development, including Alzheimer’s training. 5-day rota with 9-hour shifts, alternate weekends, and occasional nights. Salary £25,350–£26,325 (up to £13.50–£15 per hour), with paid mileage, guaranteed contracted hours, and opportunities for career progression. Location-based in Sheffield & Barnsley, England; remote working not offered. Sponsorship is not provided.
