Conduct echocardiography procedures including M-mode, two-dimensional, planar Doppler, 3D echo, and stress tests while maintaining daily schedules and minimizing patient wait times. Provide clinical oversight, mentor Echo Tech I staff, and facilitate smooth patient flow through coordination with physicians, nursing units, and hospital staff. Analyze quality data to drive process improvements and ensure continuity of care across departments. Report equipment failures and irregularities to supervisory personnel immediately. Maintain competencies through continuing education and credentialing requirements. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
