Job Summary
Lead Captains will pioneer a new position within the Captain program, managing and owning the performance, morale, training, and tools used by SSPs in their regions. Responsibilities include leading by example, performing installations, coaching and motivating team members, hosting meetings, and conducting training calls. Required skills include effective communication, accountability, multitasking, and achieving performance metrics. Preferred qualifications include Pro-U Trainer certification.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in the Captain role
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong accountability skills
- Ability to multitask and set clear goals
- Meet minimum required performance metrics
