Lead Captain/PIC responsible for the safe, efficient operation of assigned flights; lead and mentor crew members; ensure safety, security, and quality; manage pre-flight/post-flight inspections, flight plans, weather analysis, and decision-making; travel worldwide with no restrictions; role requires Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, FAA First Class Medical, and a minimum of 3,500 total fixed-wing hours with specific PIC and turbine time; high school diploma required (college degree preferred).
