Job Summary
Lead the Candidate Experience team across APAC, overseeing operations to scale hiring processes and deliver a seamless candidate journey. Partner with Recruiting leaders, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven improvements. Manage resources and regional/global projects to ensure scalable, consistent experiences for candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams. Based in Gurugram for a hybrid working model, the role focuses on building the Candidate Experience function, developing the team, and advancing hiring outcomes in a fast-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong operational mindset
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with recruiting technologies and collaboration tools (Greenhouse, Zendesk, Google Workspace)
