Job Summary
Lead Campaign Strategist responsible for owning strategy and outcomes on flagship accounts, tying plans to business metrics and product vision, leading end-to-end execution across display, video/OLV, and CTV; designing tests (A/B, multi-cell, geo-holdout), publishing readouts, and translating learnings into repeatable optimization playbooks; planning QBRs with Sales and CSMs; delivering client-facing performance decks; identifying process/tooling enhancements; mentoring teams and building a scalable campaign operating system; strong programmatic trading expertise, data-driven storytelling, and client-focused strategic consultation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in strategic media optimization and campaign management roles at an agency, DSP, or Ad Network
- Proven track record in client-facing roles
- Deep expertise in programmatic trading across diverse campaign types and KPIs
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience mentoring team members and building scalable campaign operations processes
