Job Summary
Assist the Cage/Credit Manager in protecting assets, complying with internal controls, and processing monetary and credit transactions for customers, departments, and employees. Cash checks, exchange gaming chips for currency, and handle markers and fills while maintaining balance and safeguarding cage assets during assigned shifts. Monitor cash intake, verify transactions, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and laws. Input and update customer credit information via computer, coordinate personnel duties, instruct staff on proper performance, and report or research any cage variances. Must be 21 years of age with two years of preferred cage/credit experience, able to lift up to 26 pounds, and proficient in required software and office equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Ability to bend, push, lift and carry up to 26 pounds
- Able to work any position in the Cage
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years Cage/Credit experience preferred
