Collect and manage project requirements autonomously while developing and delivering high-quality full-stack solutions across both front-end and back-end domains. Lead team growth by mentoring junior candidates and taking full ownership of projects within a small, expanding team. Requires 10+ years of experience in C# .Net, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Salary 65-75k DOE with remote work options and career progression opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years in the development space
- Strong C# . Net Development and design skills for web based development
- Strong UI development and design experience with JavaScript
- Strong end to end delivery experience, particularly with customer facing applications
- Strong SQL skills and good familiarity around a SQL database
- Experienced leading teams and mentoring more junior candidates
- Good communication skills
