Lead Business Value Delivery Architect

Job Summary
Own the professional and content thread of solution design from presales discovery through delivery, framing client opportunities around agreed business outcomes rather than evolving requirements. Establish baseline metrics for post-go-live value, explicitly define non-functional and operational constraints, and resolve platform gaps by committing to core builds or extension layers. Drive migration outcomes using an analyze, dispose, bridge, and migrate framework while serving as the first internal customer for AI-driven delivery tools and standards. Hand over documented solution designs to delivery teams, maintain integrity through quarterly reviews, and hold all parties accountable to the definition of done. Work within the SA group to refine processes and shorten implementations across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Track record designing or leading solution design in complex, enterprise insurance implementations
- Experience spanning both presales and delivery
- Ability to speak credibly to both a head of claims and an engineer
- Experience across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance
- Strong knowledge of non functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration, operability
- Demonstrated ability to hold the professional and outcome vector, keeping internal teams and clients aligned to agreed business outcomes
- Experience with, or strong aptitude for, legacy to SaaS or core platform migration work
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms
- Proven track record working at Born-in-the-Cloud (BIC) companies
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools and platforms to design, optimize, and scale enterprise solution architectures
- Comfortable operating in a function that is still being built
- Ability to define and measure business outcomes with clients
- Ability to own the resolution of platform gaps through core platform commitment or extension layer build
- Ability to hand over a clear, documented solution design to the delivery team
- Ability to stay engaged through quarterly business reviews to catch outcome or value drift
