Job Summary
Act as a security liaison between the Security Team and one or more Bridgewater departments, understanding and communicating the security risks of those departments. Ensure key controls are in place and operational while providing departments with security tools, resources, and training. This individual contributor role drives cross-functional teams to help Bridgewater build and run a world-class security program by implementing information security and risk management frameworks at department and enterprise levels. The position requires alternating onsite work between NYC and Westport campuses four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of security risk and internal audit experience
- Ideally in the financial services industry
- In depth knowledge of fundamental security principles
