Job Summary
Lead Business Process Analyst on Ecolab Digital to partner with global teams and business partners to gather and translate functional requirements into technical specs for development, manage cross-team collaboration and release prioritization, lead analysis of business processes for Global Water units, and apply expertise in Power Apps canvas apps, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, CRM configuration, and data integrations. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, coordinating testing cycles, assisting as Scrum Master as needed, collaborating with developers to meet business needs, troubleshooting production issues, and enabling innovative solutions across CRM, Azure Data Factory, and external integrations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years of experience, strong requirements management, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform proficiency, and Agile experience. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of professional work experience
- 5 years of experience with requirements management supporting sales and marketing organizations
- 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketing modules and Microsoft Power Platform)
- 3 years of hands-on experience with power apps (focus on canvas apps) and connectors used in power apps
- 2 years of experience with Agile Methodology
