Job Summary
Lead business operations across the Connected Services organization, enabling financial and operational planning, cost transparency, and scenario analysis; collaborate with Program Management, Product, Finance, and Marketing to align long-range plans and readiness milestones; develop operational and financial models for future Connected Services offerings, track spend and vendor costs, and architect future P&L structures for subscription or services launches; translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations, and partner with Data Science for predictive modeling and analytics; lead quarterly and annual planning cycles and drive continuous process improvement; role based in Charlotte, NC with 4-5 days in-office and in-person travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, finance, strategy, or program support roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting business planning, forecasting, budgeting, or operational analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with large data sets
- Familiarity with future-state P&L modeling, unit economics, or cost-to-serve analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations
- Experience partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Program Management teams
