founding BI lead who defines and builds the semantic layer, metrics, and provider-facing and internal analytics; owns end-to-end BI stack on Databricks and Fabric, shapes definitions for AR days/denial rate/net collection rate, delivers visually engaging, trustworthy dashboards, and collaborates with both revenue-cycle ops and client leadership; AI-enabled data analytics approach, hands-on with DAX/SQL/Python, and accountable for data correctness and explainability across the BI platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in BI/analytics with deep Power BI expertise
- Strong SQL
- Experience with healthcare claims data (835/837)
- Proven ability to build client-facing reporting
- Lakehouse or modern data warehouse experience (Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake)
- Experience owning semantic layer and metrics definitions
- Ability to work with DAX, SQL, and Python
