Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a range of programs and initiatives in a banking/financial-services context. Drive accountability, manage risk, develop target-state solutions, break down complex projects into capabilities and user stories for development, and prepare executive-ready communications. Engage with senior leaders globally to influence decisions, oversee risk and regulatory considerations, and deliver outcomes through data-driven assessments, project charters, and performance metrics. Hybrid work model in India (Hyderabad/Bangalore) with collaboration across COO groups, product owners, and IT stakeholders. Strong background in Agile/JIRA, MS Dynamics CRM, data analytics (Power BI/Tableau), and executive-level stakeholder management is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- MBA/equivalent advanced degree
- 5+ years of experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation experience, product management experience
- Banking and Finance Domain Exposure
- 5+ years’ experience with MS Dynamics CRM platform (ideally in corporate banking environment)
- Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports
- Experience in planning, resource and stakeholder management
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead regulatory and compliance projects
- Ability to multi-task across projects
