Lead Business Consultant

Define and adapt test strategies based on project scope, objectives, risks, and timelines. Lead the creation of detailed test plans, identifying testable scope, and aligning schedules with project plans. Organize and lead test activities for internal and external teams, designing and executing functional, end-to-end, and system integration test cases. Manage incident tracking and resolution throughout the test lifecycle while monitoring progress and controlling incident handling across teams. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conducting kick-off meetings, defect triage calls, workshops, and regular reporting. Act as the primary testing counterpart for clients, setting expectations, guiding the testing approach, and supporting clients during test execution. Contribute to the development of standard service delivery practices and deliver final test reports at project closure.
