Job Summary
Analyze back office and IT processes related to Data Management to align with product capabilities. Design and support building configurations in SimCorp Data Management based on client requirements. Conduct workshops to explore client needs, collaborate throughout the project timeline, and provide input to the product roadmap. Advise on process improvements, document best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the service line. Constantly expand knowledge of SimCorp Data Management and client business to ensure optimal outcomes. This role sits within the Data Management Global Practice, leveraging solutions that enable clients to manage data portfolios end-to-end and integrate with financial market sources. The team operates in an agile environment, focusing on connectivity to internal and external data sources and quality enhancement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with market data vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, SIX etc.
- The ability to communicate clearly across disciplines, with engineers, business experts, and stakeholders alike
- Foundational knowledge in a basic SQL and reporting scripting technology and the ability to understand configurations
- Experience working in an agile way and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in an international setting with people from many different cultures
- A bias toward action and ownership, and low tolerance for unnecessary complexity
- Tools & technology: Data Managmenent Core (Gain), Office, SQL, XML/JSON, SFTP, AI supported work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with market data vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, SIX etc. would be of advantage
