Job Summary
Map and document business needs with designers, architects, and client stakeholders, then transform requests into actionable development plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support projects from concept to implementation by aligning with engineers on feasibility and working with the Project Manager to ensure timeline adherence and requirement identification. Create flowcharts using tools like Draw.io or Miro, merge professional and people management duties by mentoring colleagues, owning team goals and OKRs, and traffic-managing analysts across projects. Continuously improve Business Analysis processes, optimize workflows, and shape the wider team's direction while serving as the social glue to keep the community connected.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in digital product development (as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Consultant)
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or coaching others, formally as a line manager, or informally within a team or professional community
- Taking ownership of deliverable documents, structuring them according to project requirements
- Confidently leveraging AI solutions (we currently use Claude, Gemini etc.) to enhance quality and speed of delivery
- Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept problem-solving, analytical abilities and strong time management, organisational, and self-management skills
- Understanding architecture, APIs, MQs, databases, etc.
- Experience using software development ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Hungarian
Desired Qualifications
- Enjoying building a team's culture, processes, and skills as much as delivering on a project
- Creating clear flowcharts using tools like Draw.io, Miro, Figjam, with a bonus expertise in UML
