Job Summary
Lead Business Analyst within an agile software delivery context, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to define and validate business and technical requirements, support Product Owners in prioritizing well-defined backlogs, facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements, apply systems thinking to improve processes, and evaluate delivered solutions for impact in a defence/security-focused environment. The role emphasizes turning complex challenges into clear, actionable insights, contributing to secure, innovative capabilities, and working in a collaborative team to shape software solutions in ambiguous settings. Must be a UK national eligible for UK government security clearance (SC).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in agile software delivery teams
- Writing and managing user stories or tickets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or GitLab
- Knowledge or experience in Defence, Security or highly regulated environments is beneficial
- UK citizenship and ability to obtain UK government security clearance (SC)
