Job Summary
Maintain daily product catalog updates, verify and validate entries through the local portal, and conduct data analysis, payment invoicing, and financial variance research to support operational and strategic business objectives. Process invoice validation, resolve discrepancies, and assist the Director, Account Management with participant One-Time Buy requests. Manage data reporting during the biannual generic bid process, develop actionable insights for leadership, and standardize analytical processes to improve accuracy and timeliness. Communicate findings to internal leadership, manufacturers, wholesalers, and GPO participants while resolving issues related to payments and contract administration. Work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office skills to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in contracting, procurement, healthcare, GPO operations, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and financial research skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
- Highly collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellence
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, participants, suppliers, and customers while demonstrating professionalism and integrity
- Experience leveraging data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve business processes
- Internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
