Job Summary
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs. Translate gathered requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate with developers to deliver appropriate system solutions. Document functional requirements and design specifications throughout the project lifecycle. Define testing strategies, conduct thorough SIT for new features, and coordinate UAT. Communicate changes to impacted business users across various departments while managing process and system changes. Identify and escalate risks while proposing tactical and strategic solutions to mitigate issues. Assist in project coordination and perform administrative tasks to support overall project progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in IT/Computer Science or business related
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/finance sector
- Proven experience in delivering system projects in Banking/Securities
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex situations
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Chinese
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Good understanding of commodity derivative products will be preferrable
- Past experience with Calypso system is an advantage
- Familiarity with SQL and other scripting languages is an added advantage
