Job Summary
Design prompts, agents, and tooling to streamline analysis, converting stakeholder problems into well-formed requirements and development handoffs. Shape the Business Analysis practice by coaching analysts on AI-assisted workflows and partnering with leadership on hiring. Refine the delivery lifecycle to simplify steps and optimize human review, while building a structured, versioned single source of truth for complex insurance rules and rating logic. Validate requirements against established systems to support engineering and underwriting teams. Apply context engineering and agent design to integrate analysis into team repositories, ensuring clear, testable outputs for complex migration and cross-system business rule work.
