Job Summary
Lead financial analysis and performance advisory initiatives for the CIB Markets line of business by partnering with the broader finance team on peer benchmarking metrics. Develop forward-looking financial plans, forecasts, and expense management solutions while providing actionable insights to senior business executives. Create and deliver executive-level presentations for weekly reporting, monthly business reviews, and quarterly earnings preparation. Drive and implement finance-related strategic initiatives across the organization through cross-functional collaboration with CIB Finance, Investor Relations, and line-of-business teams. Resolve complex issues and consult with peers to achieve organizational goals. This role serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Wells Fargo's financial management and decision-making within the Corporate and Investment Banking group.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Finance experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through work experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through training
- Equivalent demonstrated through military experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through education
