Job Summary
Lead Building Engineer responsible for operating and maintaining commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; manage Building Management System (BMS) / Energy Management System (EMS) as directed; coordinate with property management and vendors to complete work orders; maintain records and evaluations; ensure safety and compliance for tenants and visitors; requires 3-5 years of experience, high school diploma or equivalent, CFC Universal certification, and strong English communication; role includes occasional overtime and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CFC Universal certification
- High-level mechanical skills and abilities with HVAC equipment
- English communication proficiency
- Must have reliable transportation
- Occasionally work overtime
