Job Summary
Lead Builder responsible for framing and installing interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and HVAC units; maintain an excellent driving record and operate company vehicles; represent nVent on-site with customers, subcontractors, and fellow employees; perform additional duties to support manufacturing operations; foster a positive workplace and focus on the customer; requires an associate degree or two years of related experience, with supervision support duties and opportunities to contribute to world-class manufacturing operations. Location: Oregon, WI, on-site schedule 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday (overtime possible on Friday).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Combination of education and experience that equips you to successfully implement high standards
