Job Summary
Conduct dispensary operations by assisting customers with cannabis product preparation, verifying order entries, and enforcing sanitation standards. Train newly hired staff on policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and customer education initiatives. Develop streamlined communication protocols, facilitate meetings, and support policy implementation across locations. Balance duties between serving as a lead and supporting general Budtender responsibilities, including incoming orders and supply deliveries. Maintain compliance with Office of Cannabis Management regulations and company SOPs while representing core values as a Green Goods Role Model.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years experience in a retail environment
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to communicate effectively with patients, families, and co-workers
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Prompt attendance to shifts and responsible time management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- A lifelong learner willing to stay on top of the constant changes of the cannabis industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- Ability to understand, support, and implement community and organizational policies/procedures, along with government regulations
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and grow with position/company
- Ability to analyze information and implement quality control
- Acts ethically and applies good judgment
- Flexible availability including but not limited to weekends and evenings
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of direct management experience preferred
