Job Summary
Lead Budtender role in a Portland cannabis dispensary responsible for assisting customers with cannabis needs, stocking supplies, and ringing up sales. Key duties include advising customers on suitable cannabis products, staying updated on new products and industry trends, processing payments via POS, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked, educating customers on safe cannabis use, weighing/packaging/labeling per OLCC regulations, verifying legal age, and assisting with training budtenders. Must have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of cannabis and OLCC sales limits, strong customer service and English communication skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, be 21+, and possess a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit. Part-time schedule with $17.00/hr plus tips and benefits; in-person work location in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of OLCC sales limits
- English communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in a retail cannabis environment with OLCC compliance
