Job Summary
Lead the dispensary team by setting personal examples that continuously improve quality, training, and customer experience programs. Execute initiatives to achieve sales and customer experience goals while explaining premium cannabis product benefits to each customer. Resolve questions or concerns quickly, communicating unresolved issues to management immediately. Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory tracking systems in compliance with state policies. Meet and exceed daily sales metrics through tailored product suggestions and maintain a clean, stocked environment. Assist management in ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are followed and foster a positive, respectful work atmosphere. Perform other duties as assigned by management staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agency.
- Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
- Able to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/caregivers and team members.
- Prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services or retail environment.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
- Minimum 2 years' experience with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
