Job Summary
Lead BT/BLE RF Validation Engineer to validate and characterize Bluetooth and BLE radio performance for next-generation connectivity SoCs. Responsibilities include end-to-end RF validation and characterization of BT/BLE transceivers, test development and automation, debugging, and compliance validation to ensure robust product releases. Key duties: RF validation parameters (output power, sensitivity, PER/BER, ACR, blocking, spectrum mask, modulation accuracy); ensure Bluetooth SIG and regulatory standards compliance; develop automated test scripts and scalable regression frameworks; perform OTA and conducted testing; assess coexistence with Wi-Fi/LTE; assist antenna tuning and integration validation; generate validation reports and debug documentation; collaborate with RFIC design, firmware/software, and system teams; support Bluetooth SIG qualification tests and regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, TELEC); provide feedback for performance optimization and maintain audit-ready test reports.
