Job Summary
Lead Breakfast Server responsible for guiding the Breakfast Server team to deliver high-quality breakfast service in accordance with restaurant and brand standards. Responsibilities include training and enforcing service standards, maintaining safety and sanitation, ensuring adequate staffing for peak periods, empowering and supporting team members, greeting guests, delivering fast and friendly service, possessing thorough knowledge of breakfast items, handling guest feedback, performing opening/closing procedures, keeping the breakfast area clean, and upholding safety procedures and emergency protocols. Requires supervisory experience, hospitality or tourism education, strong communication, reliability, punctuality, and ProServe certification; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality or Tourism program completion or degree holder
- Lead or Supervisory experience in a cafe/hine restaurant environment
- ProServe certification
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
