Job Summary
Lead Brand Marketing efforts for Sportswear in Converse China, overseeing annual and seasonal initiatives to strengthen brand equity and drive consumer demand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketplace, and operations to translate brand and product priorities into integrated marketing strategies and execution plans, shaping seasonal storytelling and consumer-relevant assortments across digital and physical retail. Report to Brand Marketing Director and drive go-to-market processes with Global Brand Marketing and China teams, delivering distinctive, disruptive creative work and measurable brand and product campaigns that advance growth and brand priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing across brand management, brand planning, and digital marketing
- Strong leadership capability to lead go-to-market processes with cross-functional teams
- Creative acumen to develop distinctive and disruptive creative work
- Analytical and strategic capability; understanding of consumer insights, segmentation, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Agile and adaptable; ability to lead through change and align teams
- Strong affinity for youth culture and sport; genuine passion for Converse brand and products
