Job Summary
Lead BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, collaborate with other team members, maintain records and documentation, attend professional development activities, supervise RBTs, and grow into leadership roles within Kids Club ABA. The role centers on delivering high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism, applying ABA principles, and leading a BCBA-led team in Baltimore, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
