Job Summary
Lead BCBA delivering evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, mentoring and supervising other BCBAs and RBTs, managing a caseload up to 10 clients with up to 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week, supervising up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, ensuring BACB and state guideline compliance, and participating in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects; growth opportunities include clinical supervision and advancement to roles such as Clinical Supervisor or Clinic Director. Also eligible for bonuses and relocation assistance, with a hybrid in-clinic/remote work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
