Job Summary
Oversee full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization. Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines while providing clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning. Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment measure and provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff. Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking while collaborating with cross-functional team members. Complete administrative tasks including generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and filling forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst
- At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings
