Lead BMC Core Validation Engineer

Job Summary
Lead BMC Core Validation Engineer responsible for owning the validation strategy and execution for BMC firmware across the product lifecycle, collaborating with BMC development teams, designing test plans to validate OpenBMC sprints, hands-on testing and debugging of new firmware features, automation of known-good test procedures, and driving automation initiatives and cross-functional guidance across regions (e.g., Taipei and Austin). Will lead test architecture, contribute to CL/CI activities, document procedures, and provide status reporting and end-of-sprint summaries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience with BMC development/validation
- Automation expertise Python or similar
- Robot Framework
- Jenkins
- Selenium or similar
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Good problem-solving skills
