Lead - Blow Mold

Coordinate production activities for blow molding, including staffing, efficiency, quality, and safety. Operate machines and auxiliary equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and run trials on new processes. Ensure production follows approved procedures, maintain 6S housekeeping standards, and manage labor and machine attendance sheets. Monitor quantities for color and mold changes, generate Oracle reports, and inspect part quality to prevent scrap. Manage materials from the warehouse, write scrap tickets, and communicate machine status and quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation, clear MRB status, and ensure all employees receive proper training and PPE.
