Job Summary
Lead BIM modelling, coordination, and detailing for RC and Structural Steel projects while developing and reviewing Revit models, drawings, and families. Perform quality checks, resolve model issues, and coordinate effectively with Architectural, MEP, and engineering teams using Forma/BIM360/ACC platforms. Manage multiple projects with a focus on timelines, quality, and resource planning, ensuring compliance with QMS procedures and BIM standards. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sr BIM technicians and their Leads by monitoring performance, workload, and skill development. Act as a primary point of contact for project coordination queries and support business growth through identifying additional work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 18+ years of experience in BIM modelling and structural detailing
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, coordination, and project delivery processes
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
- Project planning, time management, and multitasking
- Automation and continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Middle East and international projects
