Job Summary
Lead strategic analytics, scenario modeling, and executive-level recommendations for benefit programs with emphasis on qualified retirement plans and collective bargained benefit programs. Translate complex data into actionable strategies to improve plan sustainability, competitiveness, and employee value; synthesize internal data, market benchmarks, regulatory developments, and external research into hypotheses and recommendations for senior leadership. Partner across Benefits, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Labor, HR, vendors, and external actuaries to align analysis with business priorities; monitor plan experience and cost drivers; deliver concise communications and presentations to executives; demonstrate strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and data storytelling. Proven ability to frame ambiguous business questions, test scenarios, and deliver data-supported recommendations; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in data visualization tools and analytical platforms, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits strategy, actuarial consulting, retirement plan, health analytics, finance, or related field
- Experience in a large corporate environment, consulting firm, or similarly complex organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with data visualization and modeling experience (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, AI models valued)
