Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Technician at WRTC provides general supervision of PRN Behavioral Health Technician staff and unit supervision in the absence of the Program Manager or Supervisor. Performs safety-focused client support, crisis intervention during emergencies, coordinates meal service and delivery, facilitates educational groups, teaches coping skills, overseesClients’ activities of daily living, and supports adherence to treatment goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting annual evaluations, coordinating program activities, ensuring unit safety and adequate staffing, documenting progress notes and shift reports, assisting with discharges in collaboration with case management, and performing clerical duties as needed.
