Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Health Technician-Nightshift responsible for supporting residents in daily living activities, orienting new residents, accompanying to appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Leads and trains staff, monitors self-administration of medications, completes weekend vitals and withdrawal-management notes, performs unit rounds, maintains Carelogic entries, and collaborates with the treatment team to address resident needs while ensuring compassionate, compliant care. Strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, documentation, and adherence to policies; requires 1 year of leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
