Job Summary
Lead a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers by providing training, reviewing session quality, tracking KPIs, conducting audits, and evaluating performance. Deliver direct patient care via the Collaborative Care Model, including structured assessments, treatment plan development, module implementation, and ongoing progress monitoring for oncology patients. Maintain patient registries, participate in weekly psychiatrist consultations, and collaborate with oncology teams. Work virtual clinic hours in the Pacific Timezone with rotating business hours on-call for patient safety. Requires licensure in home state and ability to obtain licensure in other states as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Behavioral Healthcare Manager (BHCM)
- Licensed mental health provider
- 2+ years experience treating patients with chronic/serious medical illness
- 1+ years of experience leading a team
- Consistent use of data to support decision-making
- Strong skills in communication and working on diverse teams
- Ability to balance business needs with clinical priorities
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of different diagnoses, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity
- Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and/or trauma
- Ability to work virtual clinic hours in the Pacific Timezone
- Maintain licensure in home state
- Obtain licensure in other states as requested by Protocol
