Lead Behavior Technician - Part Time/Afternoon

Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA, providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques. Collect and record accurate data on client progress, communicate updates to the supervising analyst, and assist with skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Support behavior reduction programs by implementing strategies to address challenging behaviors while participating in ongoing training and supervision sessions. Lead daily afternoon group activities from the provided curriculum, including preparing materials and supervising participants to ensure a safe environment. Provide coverage for therapist cancellations and assist with admin tasks such as organizing materials and center setup. Work 4-7 PM Monday-Friday, closing the center, with flexible scheduling available for additional hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work from 4-7 PM, Monday-Friday
- Ability to work flexible hours
