Job Summary
Lead BCBA at Bloomwell ABA responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload; supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and support staff; monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress; partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home; work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster belonging and inclusion; growth path from BCBA to Lead BCBA with professional milestones and robust benefits. Requirements include Master’s degree with BACB-approved coursework, BCBA certification or near-term attainment, state licensure as required, and experience with autism impairments; strong teamwork and a passion for innovation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards
- State license, as required
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for building, growth and innovation

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (implicit)
