Job Summary
Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showers while supervising and training apprentices on best practices. Communicate with customers to understand needs, ensure installations meet company standards and building codes, and conduct post-installation checks. Maintain a clean work environment and lift heavy materials up to 75 lbs. Monday-Friday 1st shift with availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays. Requires 3+ years in bath installation or carpentry, strong tool knowledge, and safety protocol adherence. Training occurs in the New Castle, DE office with covered travel and per diem.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
- Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
