Job Summary
Install bath products while setting the pace and tone for each job given to the team, adhering to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety protocols. Follow company policies and procedures, notifying management when necessary to maintain integrity. Requires 3+ years of experience in bath installation or home remodeling, strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment, and the ability to lift heavy materials up to 75 lbs. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 1st shift with occasional Saturdays and overtime. Training is conducted in the New Castle, DE office with coverage for transportation and hotel fees.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
- Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
