Review home improvement contracts for accuracy and perform complete pre-construction activities, including technical measurements. Accurately measure products, complete orders, develop labor estimates, and specify additional supplies needed for projects. Function in a customer-facing support role, providing face-to-face, phone, and email support to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Monitor and help the installation of jobs while maintaining company quality standards and superior service throughout the customer job lifecycle. Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75lbs) and work on your feet 6-9 hours a day. Collect final payments and documentation upon completion, maintain the company vehicle, and complete the OSHA Safety Course.
