Job Summary
Lead Bartender overseeing the cocktail program for all hotel bars, developing signature menus, standardized recipes, and presentation guidelines; support property-wide wine program, train bartenders on cocktail and wine service, and mentor bar staff; ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety and sanitation standards, and adapt to evenings/weekends/holidays while maintaining luxury service standards across multiple outlets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years bartending experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume environment
- Food and Alcohol Service Certifications required
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong training, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of wine service fundamentals
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality across multiple outlets
