Job Summary
Lead Bartender at Pendry (Montage Hotels & Resorts) in San Diego: assist with leading the bar team, train new associates, and support day-to-day bar operations. Interact with guests to take orders, craft cocktails, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain bar cleanliness and stock, participate in planning and developing new drink menus, and assist with ordering and maintaining supplies. Work collaboratively with management, fellow bartenders, and service staff to deliver WOW moments and outstanding service.
