Job Summary
Lead Bartender role overseeing beverage staff, crafting high-quality cocktails, and collaborating with the F&B leadership to optimize the bar program. Responsibilities include supervising bartenders during shifts, taking orders, describing menu items, training staff on service standards and technique, managing inventory and par levels to reduce costs and prevent loss, developing craft cocktails and menu items, ensuring compliance with alcohol service policies, handling cash/credit transactions when needed, maintaining bar cleanliness and equipment operation, verifying customer age, and performing other duties assigned by management. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and experience in high-volume beverage service; must be 21+ with Safe Server certification. Education: high school or equivalent; Experience: 3+ years in high-volume bar/food service; supervisory/lead bartender experience preferred; Micros experience preferred.

- Micros experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required
